It was six in the morning and I logged 20 minutes on the treadmill, moderate effort. 3.6-3.7 miles per hour, 1.20 miles. 115 calories burned. Target heart rate 135, ranged from 130-140. Watched the Weather Channel and a little bit of CSN-Chicago's SportsRise to see how the Blackhawks did last night against Anaheim. Yay, Adam Burish got another goal! I like Burish, he's a character.
I think I should time my workouts to be able to watch a bit of the St. Louis Blues on FSN-Indiana (Since I only have basic cable, I don't have a chance to watch much outside CSN-Chicago & Blackhawks hockey.)
But I digressed....
I felt a bit of pain on the side of my left knee but it either went away or I just forgot about it in my concentration on trying to finish it. I should really find out what proper shoes to where and get one.

Day 2
Lolo Jones Core Workout
Worked on my core using the workouts in the above article (Runner's World February 2009), plus threw in pilates roll-up. The plank lift and side plank exercises are extremely difficult; only able to handle 2-5 seconds on that. I know if I work on it I can get it up to a higher number. Right now my core is sorta achy and I'm really really tired.
